15-Day Return Policy for Damaged Goods

  • Eligibility: We offer a 15-day return policy for products that arrive visibly damaged or broken. We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon arrival. 
  • Notification Period: If you find any damage to the products, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to your home to notify us and initiate a return. 
  • Refund Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with details of the damage and photographic evidence. Once we confirm the damage, we will provide instructions for returning the product. 
  • Refund Issuance: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened bottles. 
  • Unopened Bottles: To maintain our commitment to quality and safety, we also do not offer refunds for unopened bottles that are not damaged.
